Dinger Fizz: Every song features a real person playing a real drum kit!

Nisennenmondai is a band from Japan consisting of guitarist Masako Takada, bassist Yuri Zaikawa and drummer Sayaka Himeno, who have been around since 1999. Their music is instrumental, repetitive and timeless throughout. They can easily hypnotise dance floors because they are long and monotonous. Their name translates into English as ‘year 2000 problem’. A bug that unfortunately didn't occur but can be experienced through their music, as I think.

The band RAKTA from Brazil with Carla Boregas on bass and synth, Paula Rebellato on synth and vocals and Maurício Takara on drums. Overcrowded kraut music with endless effects and screeching sounds that also unfold fantastically, especially in their live records. With vocals that morph and transform with each rhythm, their music is equally mesmerising and engaging.

Would love to see both playing live between two techno DJs. 😊 There are awesome live shows online of both bands, which I highly recommend! Have fun listening.
