'beat the rich' is here to take you on a journey through the diverse realm of (electronic) music. Each month a set of varying genres will be presented, either by a guest or the host petty criminal. One month it could be house, then afterwards maybe hardcore? Music conveys feelings and most feelings are valid (definitely not the xenophobic ones).

This marks my first vinyl-only recording since I began collecting and mixing analog about a year ago. I tend to be my own toughest critic, and while this set is far from flawless, I’ve fallen in love with the process. Mixing vinyl teaches me to truly listen to the music rather than 'watch' it on a screen and fully embracing the creativity (and occasional chaos :D) that comes when a track is ending and the next one isn't quite ready yet.

With this set, I wanted to create a smooth and relaxing journey. It features multilayered, dreamy, and melancholic tracks from many artists I adore and it captures the current winter vibe perfectly.
