This podcast has been created with the principle of Peter Clough, Professor of Psychology at the University of Huddersfield, in mind. It includes 4 independent but interrelated components of the concept of mental strength. Its components oscillate between resilience and positivity, inner strength and outer focus. Throughout the piece, the selection is divided into four parts: confidence, challenge, control and commitment. In order to create more confusion the visual was created by its perfect namesake Peter Clough whose work aims to merge opposing elements into one image.
