An open window allows for the exchange of air, offering a change of space as well as a fresh view on ever-changing inner and outer worlds. Acting on that thought, the show guides through various eras and styles of electronic music aiming to sketch the current outlook every first Friday of the month.

During the corona-pandemic in 2021 I was visiting Clone Records in Rotterdam. With my hands wrapped in plastic gloves I dug through their second-hand crates not really knowing what I was doing. The staff would constantly play these super cool tunes over their speakers which I highly enjoyed but also made me realize just how lost I am between these thousands of records. After an hour or so I finally gathered the courage to ask the staff what tune they were playing right now.

After chatting for a bit Jay passed me this 2x12" E.R.P. release. I couldn't really comprehend what I heard at the time I just knew that I loved it. Seeing how much I enjoyed it he also equipped me with a re-issue of Likemind 06 by Nuron friendly telling me to "never sell those records". Well, I didn't and even though I never actively looked for more of this special style of techno, over time I found myself with a nice little selection of soulful machine dreams that I not only keep coming back to, they also answered my question on what I look for in music. Thank you Jay for starting my journey. :)
