Callshop regular Simon aKa simsonabim has been hosting 'krickelkrakel' bimonthly since 2023.He is not only part of the collective minha galera but does also live with many of them in the rural Voreifel. Simon shares most of his recordings from the Listening-Space at Cologne's D44, from where he brings a range of kraut, 80s stuff and german oddities, spanning to disco, dub and house – often with a laid-back balearic, psychedelic touch. Besides that he books nice people for the cozy Zugvögel Festival and his guilty pleasure are, sorry to say, Fischstäbchen. His Bachelor's degree in Musicology and Comparative Literature led him to work as a postman twice a week, which gives him the freedom of listening to much much music.
