Deep Passion!

Sebastian Rebig has been a vinyl-only DJ for over a quarter of a century. He won his first house vinyl (Planet Soul - Set U Free) at a party in 1998.
Inspired, he started DJing for friends and acquired his own DJ equipment in 1999.

His passion for collecting special and rare records was also awakened around that time; he currently owns approximately 12,000 records.
For Sebastian, vinyl has always been the only choice when DJing.

Musically, he mostly moves between Underground House and Techno. His timeless sets, characterized by depth, groove, and soul, are an endless flow and distinguished by individuality and diversity. Influences from Detroit and Chicago, all the way back to his roots, are clearly identifiable.

Over the years, Sebastian has attracted the attention of several passionate listeners, including Session Victim, who have invited him to some of their parties. He is the perfect example of a DJ's DJ.

As early as 2000, he started organizing parties with friends to offer himself and others a platform. He was partly responsible for the event series Fundus Extd, Parat, u_grund, Ping Pong, GrooveBox, Housebrause, listen!, and 4 2 the floor.

He has played not only on the dance floors of various clubs in North Rhine-Westphalia, such as Open Ground, Tresor West, Goethebunker, Mauke, Rotunde, Cube, Artheater, etc., but also in Berlin, where he has performed in clubs like Watergate, Farbfernseher, Golden Gate, Bar25, and others. He was a resident DJ and promoter at Golzheim from beginning to end.

Currently, he can be heard regularly in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area and is a DJ for the District - connecting arts artist collective.
