One of the grandpas in the callshop universe, but still always striving to anachronistically bring music from the last 60-70 years to a common denominator once a month, and to lecture the inclined listener with annoying announcements instead of “simply” playing or listening to music! Founded as a reggae soundsystem in 2003 and with detours via DnB, jungle to soul, funk and (my younger self please forgive me!) disco, RUFF & TUFF mainly plays reggae in all its facets from ska, rocksteady to modern dancehall every 2nd Wednesday of the month! As an old DJ unwilling to change, everything is also served on vinyl, so that even the purists are satisfied!
