forgotten records from the golden age of the 90s & 00s, new releases and all-time favorites.

flatbeats is a monthly radio show dedicated to underground electronic music.

for each episode dj flatbeat curates an one hour set from his private record collection - everything between house, techno, minimal & ukg.

every 1st friday of the month from 10pm.

In October’s episode of flatbeats I had the honor to host a very special guest from Berlin/London. Matthew aka Lavan - he’s a DJ, producer & label head of Ascensions Of Wax. Usually he plays at venues like Heidegluehen, Sisyphos Wintergarten & OXI club but this weekend he travelled all the way to Duesseldorf for SpookySurfClub’s resident night at Giselle.

As always I played some records for you in the 1st hour. 2nd hour of the show was mixed by Lavan.
